Meditation and Yoga Practice for Psychological Resilience - Free Zoom Community Get Together
Dear friends and families,
Many of you are experiencing heightened symptoms of anxiety as well as feeling of helplessness and hopelessness due to isolation, social distancing, fear of the unknown, loss of job and security, separation and worry about your loved ones, as well as physical sickness.
As an outreach to our community, we would like to invite you to come and recapture a sense of well-being in the current crisis by intentionally growing the capacity of your brain to experience resilience to carry with you through each moment of every day. As many of us feel confused, lost, and out of control, the best thing we can do is to regain the sense of internal control through evidence based and well researched practices of integrative restoration of yoga and meditation practices.
This is a free session open to anyone. There is no experience needed. Please extend this invitation to friends and family members and let’s come together to learn how to capture a sense of wholeness, inner peace, completeness, and connection within ourselves and the world.
Remember, self-care often means just giving yourself a gift of a moment to pause.
